Under the Third-Party Payment system, an insured covered by health insurance through an insurance company can be hospitalized in an approved private clinic without having to pay the cost of care in advance. CNSS – FMSAR Third-Party Payment Agreement The CNSS – FMSAR Third-Party Payment Agreement allows policyholders to take advantage of the Third-Party Payment system for hospitalization in National Social Security Fund (CNSS) polyclinics. Under this system, an insured covered by health insurance through an insurance company can be hospitalized in a CNSS polyclinic without having to pay the cost of care in advance.
