A partnership between the Insurance Career Training Center (CFPA) and the Insurance Career Training Institute (IFPASS-Paris) has led to the introduction of four training programs.

The Professional Degree in Insurance Management (DPMA) is a 14-month professional degree for managers and executives of insurance companies and distribution channels. This program enables students to gain the technical and management skills they need to lead the development/deployment of strategic projects or to manage local teams.

Courses are taught by senior leaders and executives in the industry, and take place in a Center of Excellence in the evenings and on Saturdays, based on a balanced schedule.

Admission requirements:

  • Holder of DPCA
  • Or: Bachelor’s degree and accreditation of skills acquired in the workplace
  • Or: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in insurance
  • Or: Master’s degree and 3 years of experience in another sector (Assessment of application + admission test + interview)

The Insurance Advisor Professional Degree (DPCA) is a one-year professional degree offered to employees and team managers of insurance companies and the distribution channel. It provides the technical and cross-field skills they need in order to reach their operational and business goals. Classes are taught by highly accomplished professional executives in a center of Excellence in the evenings and on Saturdays, based on a balanced schedule.

Course Program : 320 heures

Admission requirements:

  • Or: Bachelor’s degree and accreditation of skills acquired in the workplace
  • Or: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in insurance
  • Or: Master’s degree and 3 years of experience in another sector (Assessment of application + admission test + interview)

This 12-day certificate-granting course enables executives, managers and associates in the insurance field to learn the regulatory, legal and technical foundations of insurance that they need in order to achieve their professional goals. Classes are taught by highly accomplished professional executives in a Center of Excellence in the evenings and on Saturdays, based on a balanced schedule.

  4. Overview of fire, casualty and property insurance

  6. Civil liability rules and professional liability insurance for businesses and certain professions
  7. Multi-risk home insurance and professional multi-risk insurance
  8. Construction insurance
  9. Civil Auto liability insurance and the obligations of the insured member
  10. Other types of automobile insurance coverage
  11. Administering loss files in auto insurance

The BTEC Higher National Diploma (BTSA) is a diploma-granting course that enables students to acquire a deeper understanding of the insurance sector. It aims to develop and improve the student’s ability to analyze and evaluate risks, advise clients, manage contracts, pay claims and monitor portfolios.

 

Training takes place over a two-year period and culminates in the granting of a diploma co-signed by the CFPA and the Moroccan Federation of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies and is certified by IFPASS.

The curriculum, inspired by the French frame of reference of professional activities, is composed of 6 course units:

  • CU1: French language and general knowledge.
  • CU2: English for business.
  • CU3: The economic, legal and managerial environment of insurance.
  • CU4: Customer relationship management and communication.
  • CU5: Insurance techniques.
  • CU6: Conducting and presenting professional activities.


Access to this program is available to candidates who:

  • Hold a high school diploma or a Professional Insurance Certificate, and have at least 36 months of professional experience in the insurance industry.
    Or
  • Hold an Associate’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 6 months of professional experience in the insurance industry.
    Or
  • Have past experience that is considered equivalent, including a minimum of 5 years in the insurance industry.
