As part of the ongoing coordination and dialogue between FMSAR and FNACAM, action to support and help the most vulnerable intermediaries was decided, in consultation with the Insurance and Provident Control Authority (ACAPS ), to enable them to get through this difficult period marked by the health crisis.
The two federations are therefore mobilizing to come to the aid of the 700 agents and brokers who achieve the smallest commercial performances, measured by their turnover.
This new support measure is in addition to the support measures for the distribution network already in place since the start of the state of health emergency, including the granting of a subsidized loan equivalent to 3 months of overheads, capped at 100,000 DH.
This new measure put in place by FNACAM and FMSAR consists of granting a lump sum donation of 12,000 DH to any agent or broker appearing in the list of the 700 smallest intermediaries, excluding in particular those who have more ten years of existence and those who are in litigation with the companies with which they collaborate.
This subsidy will be granted directly by insurance companies to their general agents who appear on the aforementioned list and by the FMSAR via FNACAM for brokers who appear on the same list.
This flat-rate subsidy is intended to help these intermediaries get through this difficult period and to allow them to continue to ensure the presentation of insurance operations and to provide customer service.
Operational modalities of the support system
The general agents concerned will be informed directly by their constituents who will be responsible for providing them with the subsidy in the amount of 12,000 Dhs.
The brokers concerned will be notified directly by FNACAM who will give each of them a check from the FMSAR in the amount of 12,000Dhs.
A monitoring committee made up of the two federations will oversee the deployment of the system and ensure that it runs smoothly.
For your questions and information needs, please contact FNACAM either by email: email@example.com or by phone at 0661-30-65-63/0662-49-66-12.
It is understood that general agents will find all the necessary information from their mandating companies.
Through this action, FMSAR and FNACAM are once again showing their willingness to continue working together to improve the daily life of insurance intermediaries.Posted on
